In order to create a common understanding on the minimum wage and communicate basic information on wage determination and working conditions, a general information document has been prepared for farmers and agricultural workers. Famer And Agrıcultural Worker Working Conditions Information Form has been shared with all relevant parties at different growing periods via AEA social media platforms and also SMS and brochures since July 2022.

In July 2023, details regarding “gender equality” and “equal payment for equal work” on wage determination have added to the information document, strengthening our stance on the principle of not allowing discrimination in all stages of working life.

The information document will continue to be updated and shared according to the minimum wage changes by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission, changes in legal and international legislation and international agreements.
