Famer And Agr\u0131cultural Worker Working Conditions Information Form has been shared with all relevant parties at different growing periods via AEA social media platforms and also SMS and brochures since July 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2023, details regarding \u201cgender equality\u201d and \u201cequal payment for equal work\u201d on wage determination have added to the information document, strengthening our stance on the principle of not allowing discrimination in all stages of working life.<\/p>\n<p>The information document will continue to be updated and shared according to the minimum wage changes by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission, changes in legal and international legislation and international agreements.<\/p>\n<p>To encourage the use of protective equipment and to make it easier for agricultural workers and farmers to access information quickly and effectively, industry-level evaluations are being carried out. As part of this effort, QR-coded hats have been designed to make it easier to access information on working conditions. For the 2025 crop year, more than 9,000 hats were distributed in the Tavas, with priority given to tobacco farm workers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium
